Job Details and Requirements

- Minimum D3 or S1. - Mid-level roles might require 2–3 years in IT support or helpdesk - Basic IT knowledge (Hardware, Software, Networks, Operating systems) Experience with: - Windows 10/11, or/other Operating system - Basic troubleshooting printers, email, and software issues - Remote desktop tools (e.g., VNC,RDP) Familiar with: - Ticketing systems (e.g., Freshdesk, ServiceNow) - Microsoft Office 365(Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, OneDrive, etc. - Basic networking (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP) - Active Directory / user account management - Basic scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) Optional but valueable - Time management and communication skills
